can you return her her energy and appetite?

can you give her life back to her?




you plunge the needle so many times into her pale arm to draw blood.

make her remove her clothes in the cold X-ray room.

give her many bitter pills and vile syrups.

leave her shivering in an observation ward with no proper bed, surrounded by nurses who don't understand hokkien, not allowing us to stay with her and forcing us to spend a night in the A&E.





and you tell us its an infection.
